Aellius LynX Monitor is a must-have tool to complement CNC Administration in your unique JD Edwards EnterpriseOne ecosystem.

Ensure Stability

LynX Monitor allows you to define business-critical processes and events. When a situation arises that requires an action, LynX Monitor will notify you via alerts. Alerts from LynX Monitor can be emailed or sent to the Windows Event Log. The alerts contain all the information you need to troubleshoot the problem.

System Monitoring

LynX Monitor can be configured to monitor the following EnterpriseOne technical components:

  • Database Connectivity - If the connectivity test to your JDE database fails, an alert is sent out.
  • Reports - If a report has been waiting beyond a configured threshold or has been processing beyond a configured threshold, an alert is sent out.
  • Report Queues - If the number of waiting jobs in a queue exceeds the configured threshold, an alert is sent out. The monitor can also be configured to re-prioritize jobs if one user submits too many jobs within a short time.
  • Scheduled Reports - If a scheduled report is not waiting in queue by a certain time and/or if it has not completed by a certain time, an alert is sent out.
  • Subsystem - If the number of subsystem jobs on report servers exceeds the configured threshold, an alert is sent out.
